A villa in a large sized village situated 45km to the north from Burgas, around 35 min by car. More attractive is that it is only 4km from Sunny Beach which is one of the most popular sea reasorts in Bulgaria.

Sunny Beach is preffered and visited from millions foreigners yearly. The tourist season starts from the begining of May and ends in the middle of October.

The house is only 5min away from the beautiful beaches of Sunny Beach. The ancient town of Nessebar which has become tourist attraction is 10km away from Kosharitca. There are two action aqua parks not far from the village. It also has a primary school, many shops, restaurants, cafes, an internet club. There is a hospital in Sunny Beach (5km away).

In the last few years many foreigners has bought appartments and other properties in Sunny Beach and around it but the real estates there are really expensive so more and more people started buying properties in Kosharitca because of the lower value of the land, the fresh and healthy air and mainly because of the quietness. Many of them live in the village now. Even the next door people are foreigners.
