The Complex

“St. Joanna” is a self-contained holiday settlement, composed of three housing buildings, placed in an exuberant park with a large swimming pool. The area of the complex is 5000 sq.m.

The complex has a round the clock guard, controlled access and video surveillance.

At the owners’ and their guests’ disposal are also: reception with a lobby bar, barbecue and a spacious snack-bar with a terrace, viewing the pool and the sea.

The children can have fun at the kids’ part of the pool with a water slide as well as in the children’s playground or watch TV in the spacious foyer of the complex.

The housing areas are distributed in 72 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, from 40 to 137 sq.m.

Each of the apartments has such a distribution, so that from the living room through the French windows could be stepped out at a spacious terrace viewing the swimming pool and the sea, and the bedrooms have balconies, which view the mountain.

The complex is composed of three blocks - two 4-storeyed blocks and one 3-storeyed block.

There is a hydraulic elevator in the second and the third block.

The complex corresponds to the requirements and is equipped with all the facilities necessary as to be used by disabled people.

Payment plan and discounts

1000 euro – reservation fee. Within 21 days after paying the reservation fee, a preliminary contract must be signed.

30% - on signing the preliminary contract

40% - on completion of the shell of the building

15% - on completion

15% - on signing the notary contract

These percents can be paid off due to a plan.

If the whole sum is paid at a time (once) – 10 % discount.
